- In regards to ring sizing there will be no refunds, returns or exchanges when purchasing the incorrect size. Please be mindful and consider the ring size guide as I won’t be able to resize my work.

- All my sales are final, however my aim is to make jewellery that will last so if there is any issues at all with quality or an incorrect order please make contact via email vanessa.semones13@gmail.com within 30 days of the purchase date. Keep in mind these pieces are rustic and have texture and will most likely have imperfections on them.

- First in best dress and I cannot hold any pieces! These pieces are extremely limited and one-off designs. If you miss out this time don’t worry I’ll be making more soon and you can also reach out for customs.
